SHIPPING POLICY – PODIAPATCH

At PodiaPatch, we strive for transparent and reliable delivery of your order. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping times, processing, and procedures.

1. Free Shipping

We believe you shouldn't face unexpected additional costs. That is why we offer free shipping on all orders within Belgium and the Netherlands, regardless of the size or value of your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order and payment is completed, your order will be processed.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Track & Trace: As soon as your package is handed over to the courier service, you will automatically receive an email containing a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To offer you the best possible price and quality, the following average delivery times apply:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: Average of 7 to 12 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are indicative estimates and may be slightly extended during peak periods (such as holidays) or due to delays at sorting centers or customs.

4. Customs, Import Duties, and VAT

All orders shipped to addresses within the European Union include VAT. No additional customs fees or import duties will be charged upon delivery in Belgium or the Netherlands.

5. Incorrect Address Details

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or because it is not collected in time from a pickup point, costs for re-shipping may be charged to you.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@podiapatch.com. We will launch an investigation with the delivery service to provide an appropriate solution.
